scam AND spam.
they're most likely verifying your email, and if you answer it,you will get much more spam.

That is definitely a scam. Do you remember entering the competition or buying the lottery ticket? Do you think that you are that lucky to be the winner of something that you did not participate in the first place. If you answer no to both questions, then you know it is a scam.

Most personal finance experts suggest that if a money making scheme is too good (to be true) then it is a scam. For an example, you can read Robert Kiyosaki books. If somebody asks you to join an investment or a scheme that will multiply your money and you dont have to do reasonable hardwork then most probably it is a scam.
So, if a person or a company suddently comes and say they want to give million of dollars to you and nobody even know such person or company ever exist, then laugh loud!

It's definitely a scam. I've never heard of Yahoo Lottery before. There's so many in the net about free lottery or free money. Don't believe in such things. Just delete them off or treat them as SPAM. Take care !:

I have been "winning" lots of lotteries that I have never heard of before, sometimes several a day from the same so called lottery. There is no reason to believe that anyone would just pick up people and start paying them these amounts of money - if they did they could send me some, of couse. They have already my email address so they could send the money to my Paypal account, but they never do.
But they are just collecting verified e-mail addresses I think. Or even worse, they could be involved with identity theft.

madalas akong maka received ng email na katulad ng nareceived mo, pero for sure lokohan lang yan, dahil bago ka manalo ng lotto kelangan tumaya ka muna, ano mapapanalonan mo kung di kelangan ng taya, di ba?
