is it right to keep quiet and not telling the truth to avoid conflict?

I used to hold it all in because conflict used to terrify me - the results I'd experience from the person listening to me were always VERY negative. So, I kept it in. Now, I don't fear it because I'm no longer in that situation. I always tell my children, "our words are our truth and without that we don't have anything."

A few years ago I found out how frank I could get and what a tongue-lashing I could give. I didn't want to hurt other people so formo then on I always kept what I felt and what I wanted to say all to myself.
These past few days I felt that I can't keep everything to myself anymore. It's like I'm about to explode any day now.
So I told myself that maybe it's about time I started saying what I wanted to say for a change. I get hurt emotionally and I keep everything inside because I don't want to hurt others. But now I'm the one getting hurt. And I realized that people are doing it to me because Ilet them get away with it.
So now, I'm gonna TALK.

Good! god bless you for being truth ful. Truth is like a fire, Even if you try to cover it, it will burn and come out.
