With glasses or not if you are blear-eyed

I am more and more dim-sighted when time goes by.I always don't wear glasses due to not beautiful.But I found the world is very blurry,I can't discern one person far away 10 miles.I selected one set of glass several days before and found all is very clear after wearing glasses.I just remembered someone told me that the pupil will pop out if always with glasses,it really scared me.Now I still wear glasses when necessary and take it off generally. How about you? Anyone is professional about this issue?

Ha Ha ,When I was in middle school,I don't wear glasses although my eyes is about 400 degree.But now I think it is a mistake.Now I am working,and I wear glasses,I think you can try contact lens if you are a girl.
