Could Steaua qualify for CL or at least for UEFA Cup this year ?

The situation which Steaua is in, is very compromised. They are in danger of loosing even the third place, not just the second. Tonight we have a very important game in the Romanian Cup Challenge, between Steaua and Timisoara. Despite of Becali's statements i think Steaua have to win the cup to assure a place in UEFA competition next year.
