How to raise money from all over the world?

How does one raise money for a genuine castle that will stand for at least 5000 years?
It's very hard to raise funds from the community for the most humane of reasons, starving kids in africa, childrens hospitals, homeless people etc etc.
but i want to build a massive castle in western sydney to build a different future, starting history kind of thing.
using the 6 degrees of seperation rule, should this message reach someone who wants to give me $45 million?
you never know if you never ask right?
