the semi finalist are confirmed.. favourites to get into the finals are Sri lanka and the aussies.. but do u think there will be upsets..most likely the matches are going to be sri lanka NZ, n SA vs Aus.. wat r the chances of an upset???

The biggest upsets in this world cups have already taken place. I don't think there is any more room for upsets. And anyway there is no scope for upsets now either. All teams now playing have an equal chance, although I feel that South Africa is going to lift the cup this time.

There is a fair bit of probability that both the favorites australia and sri lanka could be eliminated at the semi-finals because everyone has a breaking point and that could be on the semi-finals day. Hence south africa and new zealand could be in finals and i don't mind either of them winning the cup.

As India has been out in first phase, I have no interest in this world cup. I will watch only final match. Let us see and wait who will be finalists. I think Australia and Sauth Africa will be in final. Aus will win the cup. They are playing very well, no doubt. With full spirit. All the players are contributing a lot. This is leading them towards World Cup. Nothing can be said this time. At final match, who will play better, may be Australia in second position.
