There is no reason why people with diabetes cannot live long and healthy lives.Poorly controlled or undiagnosed diabetes can lead to complications like heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and nerve damage leading to amputation and blindness. It also confirmed that lifestyle factors such as smoking and being overweight play a large part in increasing the risk of serious complications. If you need more info, just let me know.

there are 2 type of diabetes
type one or acquired thru lifestyle and
type 2 or insulin dependent type of diabetes
both can live normally though they have to follow strictly the doctor's diet and regular exercise.

diabetes..its a slent killer disesase.
If you get hurt, wounds may not dry. you may not recover early. this maight lead to gangareenes and its likely to lead to amputations of body parts which is really really pathetic and intolerable to the person and to those around.
So better we dont eat too much of sugar filled ingredients.
