by starting discussion and responsing we spend so many time.it is better to gave information to your friend through referral and invite them to join

That's really a easy way but I wasted most of my time inging a few referrals but they are very hard to get and after getting them a very few of them remains active.I wonder why they signup if they do not want to be active.
