Wesley is an advertising manager at an athletic shoe company.two years ago,he hired a young man named Joseph to work in his department.since then,Joseph has been an excellent employee.his talent and commitment to his job have helped to increase the company's sales by five percent.he is an asset to Wesley and the entire advertising department.yesterday,Wesley's boss called to tell him that a position is now available in the company's marketing department.she asked Wesley to recommend someone for the position.Joseph would be a great opportunity for him.however,Wesley doesn't want to lose him.then friends,if you are Wesley, how will you deal with it,recommend Joseph,or leave on him?

If I am the manager I would still recommend Joseph to become a marketing manager because he has all the potential and the bright ideas that the company will be benefited and sales will increase also.

that is right. i agree with you, romel. joseph's talents can benefit the entire company. selfishness has no room when we become a part of the company that we are working for. we must think in terms of what's good for all.

joseph deserves the promotion. definitely, i will recommend him for the position. if i want the company that i am working for to have a healthy growth, i will never let it happen that people like joseph will not be occupying their right positions in the company. having joseph occupy that higher position where he is fitting, will also propel the company to better growth rate and that will be beneficial to me in the long run.
