What do you do if your close friend start an exactly same business as you and become your direct competitor?

Uhm,,, but I don't think my close friend will be do like that
But if she/he do
I will be the good competitor with them
Compatitor for success but not for beating

since you're friends, so its better for both of you to talk it out and maybe merge as one so her would be no more competition. but if it wont be an option, try to diversify and add something to your business so you'll have an advantage over your friend, afterall, its business
