I dont really think that theres a limit to uploading some photos here. Atleast i haven't seen any thing like this. I have uploaded a lot of photos here. The maximum in a day is 25 and i got paid for all of them.

hey you dont get paid for profile pictures..you get paid for pictures you post in discussions and you need to have 500 posts to get that options available to you.and the pictures must be relevent to the discussion.

you can upload photos as many as you can but all you have to do is that you have to choose those type of photos which suits the community.... you can get photos from the goggle and yahoo search engines...
