The Stock Market, is it Rigged?

It seems that many many people loose money in the market while the few rich guys are making money hand over fist. Do you think the whole thing is rigged against the little guy?

Well as with anything in life, the richer people will have better access to skills, expereince and connections to succeed. Although insider dealing is a criminal offence, it is remarkably easy to commit, and even easier to escape criminal liability for it. Here the UK, criminal conviciton for insider dealing are ridicilously low.
