Has Christianity Become A Fad?

The Evolve Fish - I love this little thing. Basically tells people that they need to accept some new thinking in this modern age rather than believe in something that was written when they though the sun was magic.

I go to a Protestant college and everyday I hear people using the buzzwords that have become common with Christianity such as "Jesus is my homeboy" or "I'm waiting until marriage" the problem with this is it seems that people are just following the talking heads of religion rather than making honest decisions for themselves or they bash other people's beliefs. I am an Atheist and one of my friends is Pagan and we are both treated much much differently here than other members of that God Squad. We constantly have our beliefs attacked with verses from the bible and we are black-listed to any relationships here it seems. Now, studies have shown that having this firm religious belief can be an obstacle to a good life. Abstinence training makes it so, when you fail, you are more likely to not use protection and therefore are more succeptable to pregnancy and STD's, so I do not see why religion is so great, namely Christianity

Those stickers that say "Jesus is my homeboy," don't mean Jesus as in Christ, they mean Jesus as in "Hey-Zeus" as in the Spanish pronunciation. He's my homeboy, yo. ;)
