skill or experience needed for work?

hello, what do you think we more needed in our job, skill or experience? i think we need only 30% skill and 70% experience in our job.. do you agree?

I think both, because they come hand in hand with the job applied for. Because it will be hard if you only know a job by experience only and have to skills to apply it. And vice versa, for having good skills but not the right experience or more updated experience for the job. So a bit of bot Suwandilee. Have a nice day! (^^,)
