Finding a scholarship can be a full time job, but it is worth it b/c you are likely to save 10's of thousands of dollars on tuition. So even if you spend your entire summer before college looking for a scholarship instead of working, it is still worth it b/c you're bound to save much more than you might have earned at a fast food restaurant.
The first step when it comes to looking for a scholarship is knowing where to start, for a good start here is a list of some of the best scholarship sites; these sites are databases of 1000's of great scholarships!
To find this list just visit www.wecomparebooks.com/scholarships.php

I think doing a search for scholarships in Holland might be helpful.
