Does house prize skyrocketing in your country?

Well, It does in India. It is increasing so much that, many people have taken to cheating people by selling a house to multiple people. I have two houses in my city, Hyderabad, which is the capital of Andhra Pradesh. their total worth in right now Rs 50,00,000/- But we bought them for, a total of 15,00,000/- 4 years back. Now we are having to sell one due to financial crisis though, but a good buy. Thanks to the increasing prices, I am getting a good profit for my house. I must worry when I will be buying another house though....he he...mixed feeling eh?

mixing feeling, yes, i only have one house, so whatever high price it gets, it couldn't make me rich. i can't sell my house because if I do so, I have no room to live!
and the proble about the skyrocketing house price is if it stop increase and fall down, perhaps it would affect the ecocomy so much that we could get a recession.

Yes, you maybe right. But prices of houses, rarely fall. Except in special circumstances. Like a big player starting a Mega housing project, where you could get a house for less.....has it happened in China?

no, we dont have such things. rich people in china has only been rich for not more than a decade, (a decade ago, there is nearly no rich people because of the old social system), so they dont know what is charity. they dont care for the poor, maybe in the future they will, because nowadays, the conflict between the rich and the poor in china is furious.....
and you say that the house price never come down, yes, in a long run. but, for a period, it do. from what I know, Japan has a long-time low house price after a sharp rise.

the news said that the house price in US has begun to come down, hope other countries will follow suit.

I live in Pennsylvania right now and house prices are steady to low here. We are getting ready to move to Florida and house prices are really high there. The market is on a bit of a down right now though so maybe we will get lucky and find a deal.

things are not good here in china, the house prices are still raising, I dont know when it could stop clibing?
