Naruto vs Sasuke

Personal choice, who do you prefer? As much as you have to like naruto for his outburts of the fox demon, I believe Sasuke is so much better for having left Konoha. I never actually liked him until he decided to leave. So many people complain that he's "emo" (lol), but he had the guts to leave for power. Nothing matters but power. Konoha offered nothing compared to orochimaru, and naruto just dosent seem to learn that.

I love them both even in the latest season of Naruto Shippuuden where Sasuke collaborated with orochimaru to gain the power he desire just to win against his brother. Being an avenger will never bring you any good... as for naruto, he still believe that he can get sasuke back and bring his good sides.. and that is what I like about naruto... he can change peoples lives.

impossible dream?!? naruto is the only one who can surpass the 4th, and the 4th was one heck of a rampaging ninja monster. Sasuke doesnt have a chance. watch out!

i also prefer naruto than sasuke, though i dont like their characters. i like shikamaru than those two or kakashi

thats why he uses everything he has and his environment to aid him and can pretty well analyze the situation so that he can better use the abilities of his teammates.

I definately prefer Sasuke, I think he has a better personality. Although, I actually think his leaveing to seek Orochimaru out was a stupid idea, in the end he is only being used by Orochimaru and a pawn has no power, a pawn is nothing but someone else's plaything. Its too bad too... I'll have to keep watching, but I still like Sasuke, I just hope he'll wake up and quit his power hungry blind spell. He has such potential. He can gain stregth and power another way.

hmm. that would be so slow though! POWER = NOW! But in the case of sasuke going back to normal... it just wouldn't seem right. He seems so far gone from what he was like, that the series would lose respect in my eyes if he was suddenly like "actually, think Im much happier with friends... awwww". Best way for this series to end would be naruto having to kill sasuke. that would be the best ever

Yeah, I agree, there are other characters who'd make my favs list before either of those two. But since we had to pick between those two...

yeah, he might be depending too much on kyubi's chakra but in the Naruto Shippuuden, Naruto will be trained to gained more power by using only his own chakra and stamina.

his reasons was understandable, but still, driven by revenge is never a good path to follow. although his desire for power has somewhat of a noble cause, it can go to his head after a while. Naruto's intentions are good. i'm now too sure on the emo thing since i never really got that, but Sasuke has a lot of rage and anger still left in him. naruto can understand to a point...sasuke had a point saying that he didn't know the feeling of having your family taken away from you since naruto didn't know one in the first place.

Naruto. I can't wait to see his full power including Sasuke too. can't wait to see them in battle. I prefer Naruto because all his intentions are good that is to protect his friends, where as Sasuke only obtains power for revenge. Sasuke is too serious while Naruto is always funny.

Naruto in my opinion is better by far. All Sasuke is trying to do is kill Itachi but what then what is he gonna do after that? Sasuke is in the Uchiha clan and he should be stronger than Naruto but the fact of the matter is he isn't and since he is weak he needs someone who will just give it to him whereas Naruto has had to work for power from being hated and annoyed by everyone. Naruto is, in my opinion, far better.

i prefer naruto, because his funny n' have powerful jutsu such as rasengan n' kage bunshin..sasuke is cool character but his don't have good personality..

i havent read the manga recently, i stopped when team kakashi came to help shikamarus team (no spoiler via me), and thats his only move i know of. He would have to know heaps of moves from jiraiya, and yes he does get power from the kyuubi, and if he wanted to, he could transform and release hell upon sasuke and kill him like THAT
