How do you take care of your hands?
After a very tedious typing, your hands ache and can barely move. It start to shake a little.. What do you do to ease the pain and relax your hands?

i just rest my hands when they start shaking, just for a few minutes.other people say that you can use paraffin wax for hand spa, but havent tried it yet since this wax is expensive

is this paraffin wax can reduce the varicose veins (if that is the right term for that..)? Those enlarge viens in hands that are most visible when the hands are tired..
