I love chinese food! I can't seem to ever remember the name of the dish though. My mother has confused me beyond belief with the name. All i know is that we seem to both it starts with "moo" but it has white noodles in it, along with shrimp, chicken, and a little bit of veggie stuff.

My most favorite Chinese Food is fried rice. I like eating fried rice because its salty flavor and the texture of the rice. The delicious fragrant of the dish also makes my mouth water.

I am a lover of Chinese foods. Also, I seemed to like everything Chinese. My wife looks Chinese. And her ways are Chinese, even the way she handles money. Going back to Chinese foods. One Chinese food that I like eating every now and then is the Pancit Canton. This is a kind of noodle which is a delicacy of the Chinese people. The noodle is especially made. The cooking, if correctly done will give a kind of flavor very natural to a Chinese food. A lot of ingredient goes to the making of this noodle. You can find pork and meat and even shrimps are included in the preparation. This noodle is my usual snack together with some bread and a cup of black coffee.

yeah. i'm chinese. but i think the dishes name is very hard to be translated into english. and i search that in web but i find the english name is very riliculos. perhaps u can understand somewhat it. huh. I like most hot spicy foods, such as '???' in chinese(the english name is 'stir-fried boiled pork slices with hot sauce' or 'twice-cooked pork slices with hot sauce'. but my favorite dish is '???' in chinese, which english name is 'streamed pork slices with glutinous rice flour'. the tastes of the dish depends on the ingredient of it,if u add capsicum powder that makes it very hot spicy. i like hot spicy tastes. :)

I like manchurian curry, I don't know if it is authentic chinese food, because we don't have chinese restaurants in my city but we make some items at home from recipes.

Chinese food is okay. Cooking some up for lunch today. Will fry up some diced pork in butter with several different spices. I'll boil up some rice then combine the two together. Lastly add some diced up apple.
