Advertising mylot

Hi I'd like to put a mylot banner on another webpage and I just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me how to do it. I have a picture of a mylot banner. So what I want to know is, how do I link the picture to my referral link. So that when some clicks on the picture (banner) they will be linking to my mylot referral link. What HTML code do I use? The mylot banner is stored on my pc. Does anyone know how to do this?
