How to handle Kids

Hi every one.I have taken up a parttime job as a trainer in a Local Summer Camp.We have 70 kids of various age group.Since this is my first experience of this kind, i really dont know how to control kids.I dont want to be very hard on them afterall this is summer camp and they have come here to relax themselves.At the same time i want them to listen to me.Any short cuts to make them sit quiet for some time.I think the best way is to play small small interesting games.Is there any interesting site on Kids games?
