Since I got here in the US, I have been in to 4 employers, so far all my experiences with my bosses were no good. When I quit from my last employer I was thinking would be better to work for myself. So I decided to be self- employed, do my little online business hoping it will work. How about you? would you prefer employed? or self employed? Advantages and Disadvantages? What's your opinion and idea?

There are definite pros and cons to both. When you work for someone else, you have to follow their rules and abide by their hours. However you also get a steady paycheck, have you taxes deducted for you and pay in the social security system which will help you when you retire or if you become disabled.
Working for yourself, you're your own boss and the potential for a large income is there since you keep the profits. That being said, you may take a loss and not earn enough to get by. You are also responsible for everything that happens and your taxes and generally don't pay into social security.
Since you're new to the country that may have something to do with not liking your bosses since I'm sure things were different in your old country, it could also relate to your jobs and the bosses themselves, meaning that there are good and bad employers. Hope that helps.
