What type/kind or excersice do you do?

I go to Jazzercise, and I love it! I've been involved with it on and off for a good 3 years or so. I tried going to the gym and all that stuff, but I couldn't get into it. So I decided to join Jazzercise and I will never go to another gym again.
What do you do?

As of now my only exercise is dancing i used to teach ballroom dances.I tried to join some aerobics classes and some workout but I don't much have time to attend every session thats why i stopped.

I just had a baby 5 weeks ago so all I'm doing right now is walking. I'm hoping to get cleared soon to do things I used to such as running and lifting weights. I also love pilates. I find that taking classes helps to. Having other people working out with me and the structure keep me motivated.

Congratulations on your little bundle of joy! At 5 weeks post partum I was doing nothing. I was still in pain from the c-section, so I have praise you for being so motivated so soon after giving birth.
Having others to work out with deffinetly is a great way to keep motivated.

My favorite exercise is to walk and swim. The walking I do every day. The swimming I do almost every weekend. I love the way swimming uses all yoiur muscles and how relaxed you feel afterwards.

I would love to swim as a form of excercise, but there's not public swiming pools our here in my area. There's the HS swimming pool, but it's always full of kids and it's hard to do swim in it.
I LOVE being in the water, it's just so relaxing! It allows me to have a great night sleep too.
