There is a movement going around the blogosphere for the virginia tech students

that were killed or injured in the shootings the other day. This movement is calling for a day of silence on those blogs that want to participate. I will be particpating in this effort, as it is something that I do believe in. They also state that you can participate if you would like to observe the day of silence for other victims of violent acts, which is another reason that I am going to particpate. I believe that if we all band together maybe we can start doing something about all of this senseless violence that is happening in our country instead of sitting around and being horror struck by it. The actual day of silence will be observed on April 30th, 2007.
