Intimate lovers in a movie house

My mom, daughter, and I watched a rated general patronage movie yesterday.We came in the movie house after the screening of the movie.While waiting for another screening, I saw a young couple who was very intimate in their actions.Of course the lights were on and you can see them clearly.I was just bothered because there are kids around and also my daughter since the movie is a wholesome one.I really wanted to talk to them to stop that kind of act because there are kids around but I don't have the guts. The reason why they are in a movie house is to watch a movie.Why are there couples showed their affection with their partners in a movie house?They could've just done it in a private room or hotel where no one sees them most especially the kids.

It's just really irritating to see lovers in the movie houses showing too much affection and intimacy. I guess it's really hard to control this. Talking to them maybe will help them stop. I hope these kinds of complaints should be raised properly to the management of movie houses to avoid such things from happening again. I just hope in time there will be a policy restricting this annoying issue.
