well here are some signs that you are stressed..... you're never alone, you're always alone. you never see over the laundry, you drive too fast, you talk too fast, you shout at your partner, your palms are sweaty, you eat a lot,sometimes not and many more.
if you have any additions on this pls post it or if you feel you are stressed....its time to find out how & why...
