Are you strong mentally

what about you are you really strong mentally can you take on any emotions. can you think in any situations.

On the outside i would say i am completey strong and can take on many a situation, however if it was personal matters or something quite close to my heart i would say i am an extremely emotional person!
Very tearful aswell if it was a particular kind of situation. On the other side of the spectrum i am very happy and bubbly and only get upset if it is quite serious!
