How do you care your parrents and depended

Well, I only csre directly for my daughter, husband & two step children. I don't have direct responsibilty for my brother, his wife & two kids, or my parents. My parents are becoming elderly & ill, & i thik I will end up caring for them.

Besides self, family is the most important in my life. As I was brought up by my parents with love and care, we love each other without any conditions, even among my brother and sister. I try to go back to hometown and spend time with my parents once a month, and call them often to actually listen to them. As all my siblings are working out of my hometown, so only my parents are staying together. They always miss their kids or they just want to know how we are living, so it's good to give them a call once in awhile to let them talk. :p I have just married, and I consider myself having three families now -- My family, His family, and Our family (currently only he and I). I've learnt something from my husband that, use your heart and love in the family, then you'll know how you should do. Another thing I'd like to point out is that, although they are my families, they are intimated to me, they are still independent entities. Especially to the younger ones, we should care and love, but not control them. This is what I learnt from communicating with my younger sister. I can guide her, but yet need to give her freedom to choose her own path, not choosing for her.

I think my family is a big important part in all my life. I love my mother/my father and my sister.When leisure I will give them a call.Because i want to know whether they are ok.
