I will try to stop my driver from getting intoxicated in the first place. He is driving and has to be a responsible driver. Should he gets really drunk, I will call for help and just send him home in a cab. He can leave the car there. If he is anyone other person who offers to give me a ride home, I will decline and take a cab.

I would not let them drive me home, I would call a taxi and try to stop them from driving themself home too. I don't understand, people know the dangers involved and so many people still drive drunk.

I would not ride with a person who is intoxicated. That is putting my life at risk and that is something I will not do. I would call a taxi. But I would go one further step than that I would find a way to get ahold of his/hers keys. I would put them some place in the house and then the next day I would call and let him/her know where they are.

Drinking and driving never goes together. In fact, I have on several occasion have crossed this situation. I simply get my friend and my self into a taxi a go home. Getting my friend to leave his car and get into a taxi is usually a tough job. Because, they’re always claim that they are OK and nothing will happen if they drive.

I'd just get a taxi and leave it at that.
If a friend isn't trying to cause harm I'd just let it slide, if he tried to drive I would hope that I could make them see sense.
