I read a magazine recently and got a word " blues in Winter". It said most people feel depressed and weak in winter because of cold weather,no leafages on the tree and cloudy sky. I really have this symptom so I always hate winter and love summer even it's very hot.I like sunny days as it make me happy.
In fact,I don't like rains, cloudy sky, bleak day always let me disappointed and lifeless. The weather affect my mood very strongly. I am not a strong and persevering person,I am very humorsome, can be happy and unhappy easily.

Yes. I have what they call seasonal depression. However, I have Fibromyalgia, and the cold makes my pains worse. Thus causing me to stay indoors, and isolate myself. So my mood becomes depressed. I am not sure exactly what comes first. Sometimes it's hard to tell.
This past winter was horrible for me. I stayed in a lot, and if I went out, I felt a lot of pain.
I love the summer for these reasons. My mood gets much much better.
Oh and also, the sun is a source of vitamin D.
Greets!
