Summoned for jury duty

I had jury duty today...I HATE jury duty!! I am summoned every year and every year it's just a waste of my time! I missed class today because of it and I didn't even make it into the podium...not that I wanted to or anything! I sat there for 4 hours listening to the judge, among others, say the same thing over and over again! Wow! Waste of time! They say I'm privileged to be able to serve jury duty...but what a bunch of doo-doo! At least I didn't have to stay longer than 4 hours because they can make you stay for up to 8 1/2 hours! And I'm even more glad that I wasn't picked! I don't think I could make a fair judgement on a DUI driver because I would be biased against her from the start! Good thing for her I wasn't picked, huh!
