making money, paypal and ebooks

Please help. People keep on saying that you can make money with paypal, internet marketing adsense, ebay, blogs, reseller rights and what have not. I have yet to earn any.
I only made $0.42 from mylot. The rest, instead of earning, i invested in ebooks on tutorials, money making, tips, guides. I also invested money into buying domain names, hosting service. The thing is some of the expenses above incur monthly expenses. Am i going to earn?
I work full-time and only have a few hours spare for some of the above activities. Please help, I need more coaching....
Any suggestion? tips? what do you thing is the best way to have a high ROI (return on investment), low risk high return
on the other hand, i'm pretty sure you need a very good common sense, business sense... i'm here nor there...

hello only1idea....of course you still can make money from internet part time,do not need to spent all the times with internet.i suggested you try to start trading in forex.you may use various type of metatrader such as fxegypt and marketiva. for the beginner i suggest you to try on marketiva...good luck
