tutions, necessity or burden???

Tutions!!Tutions!!Tutions!! Just fed up..... My neighbouring friend goes to the school in the morning at 6.00. back home have lunch and starts ourney of tutions. At 2.00 S.S teacher comes at his house. At 4.00 language teacher comes at home. At 6.00 science & maths teacher comes at home. A poor chap seen always busy. Is this life??? I really don't understand is it so necessary?? or it's a burden?? Have you come across such a seenario!!!!!!!!
