I would have to say Joe Lynn Turner, as his voice has an emotional elemnt to it that I just can't put my finger on.
Perhaps it is a certain genuineness that makes it sound like he means what he's singing.
Malmsteen has never really had a bad vocalist though, they're all pretty awesome.

amen to that! J.L.Turner is an excellent singer and has a great carrer. He has a talent to make his voice whatever he likes, no matter high ranged vocals or bass vocals

Scotto is a very good singer and he is much appreciated by many Malmsteen's funs. Although I don't prefer him as a singer, I appreciate the quality of his voice!
