yes now a days life has infact become so busy most of the people in the town will eat outside .but as per health wise it is a bad habbit ,coz in order to increase the customers the hoteliers add lot of taste enhacers which is really bad for the health .and the kitchens in most of the restaurants and the way these people make food is not at all healthy but since they dont worry about the health of the people they doesnt care about you at all .though most of the people know this they are so much addicted to taste they dont mind even if they watch this.i would say if you dont have time to cook why dont you eat fruits or carry fruits or raw vegetables in fact this contains more healthy stuff than the cooked food.

I don't have time to cook at all (what a shame!). I get off work pretty late and I wouldn't want to do anything which would ultilize my brain power. I would just buy some take away on the way home and start chewing on them without really tasting anything when I arrive home. Sometimes I forget to have dinner too, that's how tired I could get from work. But for Sunday, if my dad drops by my place, we would cook something to have together because he has diabetes, the take away food outside is not good for his health and it's more fun to cook for two people.
