I had to skip the eggplant episode. Horrible stuff, and I wasn't going to watch him tell me all the things I could do with it! Eww!!
My favorite was the tortilla ones.. Oh, and the sauces, oh and the..lol

I don't like to cook. I am not the best at it either. But, unfortunetly I have to do the wifely duties around the house or nothing will get done. I do like to watch Rachel Ray . She is spunky, energetic and makes some really great 30 minute meals. Anything with steak and tators are my favorite episodes. Oh, and fruits and desserts. Yummy. Ok, Now I am hungry. :)

I love Good Eats. Alton Brown presents such great information. I like how it's not just recipes, but also the theory behind recipes, and preparing a certain type of food. This makes me much more comfortable experimenting on my own. Ture, some of the times his preperation is a bit more complex that I want to get into, but it's still really interesting to watch.
Some of my favorite episodes.....I liked the Honey Episode. I love, love, love the bee puppets he used to illustrate where honey comes from (it's bee puke!). I also like the episode about poaching. That has a catfish recipe that my boyfriend and I LOVE.
My least favorite might be the one about Lamb. That might be only because I don't eat lamb, so it wasn't very interesting to me.

I love good eats! Alton Brown is so funny....I personally liked the one about the chili...and then there was that one about the yogurt too. Do you watch alot of Food Network?

I never used to watch it, until I joined Weight Watchers. Now in my bid to try and eat healthy, I watch it all the time for ideas. I had to turn off Paula Deen though.. I ended up just about drooling.
I love Iron Chef America.. Love that last minute scramble!

The chili episode was great - and I have to say that the chili recipe is the first that I made from the show - and it turned out great. The one on tuna was also great - a lot of useful information on the different grades of tuna and how to use them - and the grilled seared tuna looks DELICIOUS!
