Does the thought of death scar you

I know for my it is a fear I have had since I was little,and now I worry more that ever.I have a hard time dealing with am I the only one that is this bad off I mean I lose sleep some nights.And if I get real sick then I have been known to have panic attacks is any one eles like this and does any one know what I can do to make it better,I feel like that I am in my place with god I dont know what the deal is with me HELP!!!!!
