APPLE or BANANA???

Both of those fruits is very good for your health, which one is you like it most. One apple a day is good for health, can help you on your diet too. One banana is same like 2 apples. But banana is good for your disgestion. Which one do you like?

I like banana better. It's one of my favorite fruits. It's good for digestion and for the skin also. Plus, it's good with peanut butter, and ice cream and with milk and ice. I eat one a day.

I like both of them, but I prefer apple to banana. I have read that we also can use these fruits on our skin to make the skin smooth and glowing. Some times bananas become ripe and we could not eat them. Then it is better to smash them and use them on face. Boiled apples also can be used to make the skin glow.

Take a rippen banana that is rippen a lot and became reddish. Smash the banana and make it like a paste with your hand or a spoon. Apply it on your face with a little water. If you can add some honey with it, it will be wonderful. Keep it for sometime (do not make it very dry on your skin) and then wash it off. Get a glowing skin.

Fruits in general are good for your health so it would be hard for me to choose which one I like the best. I eat more apples however because they taste better. Bananas are softer but I will have to go with apples. Bananas will do just fine if I took one a day. Bananas help with the digestion because it contains more fiber.

I love them both. I usually have a banana every morning with breakfast. I also have atleast one apple a day for a snack,some days i eat 2 apples. I also eat oranges,pears,grapes,plums,and nectarines.

Banana for sure, they are simply the best fruit out there i believe. I can eat a Banana any time of the day for that matter. I simply love them. I also enjoy Grapes a great deal, mmm grapes and Banana's oh my!

For me I like both but I will take an apple daily as to keep the doctor away lol. I usually take banana in alternate day to relax the bowels.

Little angel, Banana is the best source of vitamin-A, potassium and iron. It is also recommended for treating constipation, intestional lesions and malnutrition in children. It gives strength to fight disease. It should be included in daily diet. The calorie value in banna is 116 kcal per 100gm. Where as apple is a rich source of fiber, calcium and phosphorous. It's good for memory also. The calorie value is 59 kcal per 100gm. Of course an apple in a day keeps doctor away. But in our country, banana is cheaper than apple, so in economic point and calorie as well, it is better for me to prefer the former rather than later in my everyday life.

hi there, i love banana more than apple. banana is a good source of vit. A, vit C and Potassium. Banana used in dessert as well the raw banana are used in india for snack and meal. Banana flowers are also very sweet and deliciouos to eat.
