Is weight lifting especially for shoulders harmful? cuz I saw the 'rotator cuff' in the shoulders can get damaged in shoulder exercises and stuff like bench press etc. if someone's stuff is damaged, u think it can be repaired/fixed...?

Like any exercise, if you don't warm up and use good form, it could hurt you. The shoulders are the most vulnerable due to the rotator cuff. Another thing that people don't really see when into shoulder training, you need to develop all three delts (front, side, back). A lack of development could cause problems as you increase the weight in the future.
