How to improve your vision.

I had been wearing specticles ever since i'm 17, my power is ~200 both sides. Recently i came a cross an article that says that our vision can be improve by making some eye exercise. Have you guys ever heard about it? On the other hand, I had just delivered my third baby and had accidently step on my specs. When i went to make a new one, i'd discover that my left eye power had gone down to 150. Any tips for vision improvement

I am also experiencing some kind of eye problem.Recently I can no longer read small texts. Especially the texts in the neswpaper. I used to wear an eye-correction eyeglass. But now, the eye glass that I must wear should be grade 150. Anybody who knows the exercise that can be done to improve eye sight.

Actually i'd came across an article about the eye theraphy, there's a book about it by deepak chopra call "improving your eyesight with integrated vision theraphy".. however I haven't got the chance to find the book yet
