4 for 31 at home! That's a .129 average! Just a little below his career average of .304. Does Frank Thomas have a problem in domes? Come on Thomas! Do we have to send you down to Syracuse so you can learn how to swing a bat again?

He has been disappointing, fortunately not as disappointing as it may seem at first glance though. Dice-K after the game admitted being very nervous when he realized that he was pitching to Frank Thomas. Also, undoubtedly, his presence in the lineup has helped the batters ahead of him, as long as the slump breaks before his reputation does, he's OK. But yeah, I was hoping he'd hit his 500th homerun during that long homestand in early June, now I'm hoping for August...
