Newton's 3rd law says, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Have you ever imagined, if our thoughts could be considered as actions also? Physics demands displacement for action to happen. Modern neurology has it on records that our whole nervous system works on the basis of neurone movements. So, that's plain and simple displacement. I think it's the same thing that Geeta says.
