Arsene Wenger is very identic with Arsenal, so there's no question for idiom "Arsenal Wenger" (it is like Raul Madrid for saying eternal relationship between Raul and Real Madrid). He has excellent reputation in working with youngster. I give him perfect score for this. He also makes Arsenal always play so beautiful, smart and fast. Although they are not super team.

I think Wenger is really smart and good at strategies. One thing I like about him is that, he likes to train and develop youngsters and fresh players, instead of just buying those branded players. This is good as in he will help to build more good football players.
