How many times do you drink tea or coffee a day?

We drink tea everyday. I drink once and my husband drink tea at least 3 cups a day. It is refreshing. And you?

when i want to refresh myself during the day,i would like to a cup of tea .as you know, being a university student,we usually have to sleep when it's too late at night.so thanks to the tea.Then,will you tell me some names of tea in your country?
in china,we named different kinds of tea in fifferent places.
