My husband and I used to drink green tea before every night before we go to sleep. It became our routine then. But not anymore. We are also staying away from coffee. We have chocolate drink or milk every morning at breakfast. We rarely have tea, only on days that we had a lot to eat and we need to reinforce our food digestion.

They say in my country, "any time is tea time!" Yes and folks here take tea/coffe any time! I know taking tea/coffee has a risk associated with the practice if yu are warry of diabetes-I am not diabetic yet but I just know too much tea almost means too much sugar in my body because I am one person who cant take tea without sugar! So to avoid any risks, I take tea in the morning and in the evening!Twice that is!

I drink at least 4 cups a day. I usually start the morning with a cup of coffee to freshen up myself and to start my days. In between the day, I will either takes 2 cup of either tea or coffee depending on what I want to drink at that moment.
I will finish the day with a cup of tea as an cleanser before I go to bed.

In our house all love coffee. At least 8 times we drink in a day. But we reduced the quantity as it is not good for health. Just two ounces per time that is it.

I like tea and coffee. I drink Chinese tea and coffee when I was young. Now I think I have been addicted to them. I try to control to have 1 cup of tea and 1 glass of coffee per day. It is because I know that although they can refresh me and I won't feel sleepy to work, but drink a lot of coffee is not good for my health.
