Blech...this is deppressing.
I am depressed when I see two people holding hands and the look in their eyes that sees that they're in love. I am depressed when I see the 'popular' kids with all the friends they could ask for. I am depressed when I never think I am good enough to do anything.
In order to leap this hurdle, I have to just sit down and let my mind relax, be free. Maybe gaze into the stars or sky. It helps just to stop, "Pause" as the Fox channel says, every once in awhile and think. Things can and will get better, and you have people there who care about you and can talk to, everyone has someone like that. And if they don't, head to a teacher/neighbor/peer and ask them if they could be your friend :)

Depression comes mostly from high expectations. when you fail to fulfill those targets you get depressed. You loose hope and dont succeed.
so the best thing you can do is keep you expectations within a limit. this limit you can choose from a previos experiences in life.
Lastly you should have a will and say "I can do it"
When theres a will theres a way.

I get depressed whenever I think that man is so selfish now that he has no time to even look after his own parents.

I get very depressed in the winter time. It's not the light but more the cold outside. because i feel like I cant go anywhere when its cold. So, I sit inside my house and just get depressed. I keep wishing I could find my way back to Arizona where it is warm most of the time. At least you get spring early. I hate wearing a jacket in may and June. Thats just not right.

About 8 years ago i was very depressed and to tell you the truth most of the time i had no clue why. The smallest thing would trigger it. It got to the point that i would do things to try and release what was inside. Over the years i have gotten better. I still get a little depressed sometimes. The little things still trigger it, and still have no clue to what is wrong. I try to get out of it by talking to people, writing, drawing and listening to music. I only talk to a few select people because noone else wants to hear it or doesn't care. The drawing sometimes helps. So does the music but its not the happiest music i could be listening to .

My depression can be seasonal, more likely in the winter. Also, I get depressed if something in my life happens that is really unfortunate, to me or more so to someone I love.
