the Dream of Red Mansion, a most famous book of China, is written in Qing period. Have you read this book? Could I share with your feelings about this book?

I would also like to perform the same discussion that ran you have begun,and on it together.The Dream of Red Mansion is one of Four masterpiece in hostory of china,most of the foreigeners may have not read it ,i recommend foreigeners read this book,you can be learned from the chinese cultur.

Yes, the other masterpieces are The Water Margin, Romance of Three Kindoms and Story Of A Journey To The West. Except The water Margin, others I have read. You can learn a lot and know the Chinese culture to some degree from reading the four masterpieces.

There are many different opinions about this book in China. I also have my own opinions and feelings. Anyway, the only way to know more and feel further is to read again and again. Thank you for your reply.
