Sir,I think your view on MANAGEMENT is very much praiseworthy. But in my opinion,it is a definition of management in particular form. I do agree, Management is the process of utilization of comman sense, experience and knowledge. But for welfare purposes? Universally, we can not say whether one will use his Management skills for good reasons or for bad causes. Because even terrorists go through management plans before their attacks.

I am not a management expert to express any authoritative opinion on this.Still my contention is that management skills inevitably demand strenuous work, decision making, capacity to administer, evaluation and rectification of flaws,smoother relationship with co-workers etc.
