My fiance works in a restaraunt and does the deep fryer and well I was wondering how to get those Oil stains out of his shirt. I have tried taking it as soon as he comes in and takes the shirt off and put in Hot water and let it soak I have even put Dawn dishwash and rubbed it in and let it set this rinse in hot water! I have even used Hot boiling water it got some out but not all! Is there a way to get it out?

Hi Dawn, I agree with both of these posted responses but the trick to oil stains is if they don't come out the first time, you can't dry them, once the garment is dried it basically heats the stain into the fabric like an iron on. So going forward soak, scrub wash and line dry if the stain is still there try it again before throwing it in the dryer! Good Luck! I think there is nothing worse then grease, cooking or otherwise to get out. Have a great day! FranMc:) peace

OK here's a super grease tip. To remove cooking oil or food oil stain out of his shirt, either pour a little coca cola or pepsi directly on to the stain and let sit for a few minutes than wash as usual, or add the whole can of pepsi or coke to the wash.
