fetal kick counts...

can anyone explain to me how to count fetal kick counts please... this is my first pregnancy and im still confused... thanks alot guys....

If I remember correctly - you lay down on your right side. This is so your blood cerculates better. Place your hand on your stomach and breath slowly - relax. Then count the kicks.
